Hex Storage Box - Living Hinge Design

A hexagonal storage box with a living hinge lid and joints that snap together without glue. The hinge parameters have been cut and tested in 3mm plywood, which is the part most living hinge designs get wrong, and an assembly guide is included as a PDF. Finished size is 5 by 5 by 3 inches. Works on CO2 lasers, Glowforge and CNC routers, and opens in LightBurn, Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. The download is 3.5 MB.
